I will give cooking lessons in your kitchen for a maximum of 4 persons. I will prepare the appetizer and meal in front of you, explaining my techniques and answering any questions. Afterwards, you and your guests will enjoy a fabulous meal together at your table.
I will visit you home for an interview to plan the courses we will prepare.
I will familiarize myself with your kitchen and note what additional equipment I will need to bring with me the night of the lesson.
I will arrive the day of the cooking lessons with the groceries, spices and all the other ingredients required. I will also bring any additional equipment I require.
I can supply the plating, utensils, wine glasses and cloth napkins for an additional fee.
My wish is to create a fun and memorable experience for all involved.
