Imagine the luxury of being able to give your full attention to entertaining your guests while I fill your home with the aroma of the meal to come.
You can escort your guests to your table as relaxed as they are, able to enjoy a wonderful multi-course meal without having to leave your table.
I can cater Dinner Parties for up to 8 persons. A minimum 1-week notice to reserve your dinner party is required. (I could shorten this time for an additional fee, depending on my prior commitments).
I will visit you home for an interview to plan your personalized dinner menu.
I will familiarize myself with your kitchen and note what additional equipment I will need to bring with me the night of the party.
I will arrive the night of the dinner with the groceries and equipment needed.
I will prepare the meal and plate it. I then will serve you and your guests at your table.
After you are served, I will retire to the kitchen to clean the work area and my equipment.
A waiter, to fully service your table, can be on hand for an additional fee.
Plating, silverware, glasses and a tablecloth and napkins can be supplied for an additional fee.
