1) Thaw in the refrigerator the day before
consumption. Heat for 15 minutes in a sauce pan on medium-high, stirring
occasionally to distribute heat evenly.
2) Thaw in the refrigerator the day before consumption.
Heat covered in 400 degree oven for approximately 20 to 25 min.
Heat vegetable 10 min. in a sauce pan on medium-high, stirring occasionally.
3) Thaw in the refrigerator the day before
consumption. Heat covered in 350 degree oven for approximately 20 to 25 min.

consumption. Heat for 15 minutes in a sauce pan on medium-high, stirring
occasionally to distribute heat evenly.
5) Thaw in the refrigerator the day before consumption.
Heat un-covered in 400 degree oven
for approximately 15 to 20 min.
