Dinner Parties
The dinner parties, for up to 8 people, (I really prefers no more than 6), can be as simple as my arriving with the groceries, preparing the meals, and then plating each and serving them to your table. You would be responsible for the table settings, plating and utensils, servicing the table during dinner, (water, wine, ect.), and clearing the table afterwards. After you are served, I will clean the kitchen area I used, pack my equipment and depart.
If the dinner is more formal and involves multiple courses, it will take longer to prepare and serve and there will be an additional charge.
The minimum charge for a dinner party is $50.00 a person. The variety of dishes to pick from is really endless. Just make a request, or ask me for a suggestion of combination's of courses to prepare for you and your guests.
A waiter, to fully service your table throughout the dinner party, can be arranged for an additional fee.
Plating, silverware, glasses and napkins can also be supplied for an additional fee.
The cost of the groceries, which of course can be quite variable, is your responsibility.
In-home prepared gourmet meal plan
The In-home prepared gourmet dinner plan consists of 5 different courses, two servings of each. The meals in this plan are chosen from 60+ of my recipes. Some courses come with side dishes. I prepare the 5 courses and carefully containerize the 10 separate meals. When they are cool, I place them in your freezer. If you desire, I can leave a portion of what I have just prepared in a warm oven, for you to enjoy fresh on cooking day.
My minimum rate for a 2-week plan is $200.00, which includes menu planning, grocery shopping, preparing the 10 meals, containerizing them, cleaning the area of your kitchen I used, and then placing the meals in your freezer when cool.
The cost of the groceries, which of course can be quite variable, is your responsibility.
Cooking Lessons
The 2+ hours long cooking lessons, for up to 6 people,(I really prefer no more than 4), culminates in everyone enjoying a meal they have watched being cooked, with the techniques used being explained a long the way, are $50 a person.
The cost of the groceries, which of course can be quite variable, is your responsibility.
Hor’s Doeuvre
The cost of the hors d’oeuvre is per piece and can range from $1.50 to $5.00 per piece, based on the cost of the ingredients.
I will suggest the number and type of hors d’oeuvre when we discuss the event theme and the number of people to attend. You can choose up to 5 different types from a menu of over 30.
Please give at least 8 days notice for hors d’oeuvre.
